Invilla Inc is a local Central Florida vacation rental management company. We professionally manage vacation homes near Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Davenport and Clermont, Florida, and rent them directly to guests through invilla.com.

Our homes range from 2-bedroom resort townhomes with private hot tubs to 4- and 5-bedroom pool villas, many inside gated resort communities such as Regal Oaks Resort, Lucaya Village and Encantada Resort. Every home is professionally cleaned, inspected and maintained, and our local team supports guests before, during and after their stay.

Where are Invilla vacation homes located?

Our homes are in Kissimmee, Davenport and Clermont, Florida, in the Walt Disney World area southwest of Orlando. Most are in Kissimmee, many within about 10–15 minutes' drive of Disney. Travel times vary with traffic, so allow extra time on park days.

Which resort communities do you have homes in?

What types of homes can I rent?

Choose from 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes (many with private hot tubs) up to 4- and 5-bedroom villas with private pools. Amenities vary by home and can include game rooms, themed bedrooms, full kitchens, washers and dryers, Wi-Fi and resort facilities. Each property page lists its bedrooms, bathrooms and amenities.

Some homes require a refundable security deposit (for example $250) before check-in information is released. Any deposit is shown on that home's page and during booking.

How do I check availability and rates?
