This villa is unique, it has everything. Not only does the villa have every possible facility we could think of, the location is perfect and it has a south facing pool

Unlike most communities in the Orlando area, the High Grove Community has the benefit of having everything you need on your doorstep. There are several bars, restaurants, fast-food restaurants and a huge 24/7 Walmart, all on the doorstep of the community, and has to be seen to be believed.

We have made every possible effort to ensure our guests enjoy their stay. You will feel completely at home from the moment you walk in. The living area has an open plan feel while the pool area has a covered lanai to ensure you can enjoy the shade as well as the sun. The pool area enjoys sun from morning to sunset.

The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra.

**POOL HEAT** is an optional extra and cost $35/day and is booked the same time as the house for the entire stay. Pool heat is set to 88 F. Pool heat is recommended October–April.
